The meeting is also the council's first in two weeks after last week's session was cancelled with the president still in Daura for the Eid-el-Kabir celebrations.
Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, said the reason for the cancellation of the meeting was due to a lack of adequate time to prepare the necessary documents.
