The NFF are set to convince another foreign based player to switch his allegiances and wear the green and white.
Watford youngster Jayden Bennetts is reportedly set to represent Nigeria’s national under 20 team Flying Eagles.
The youngster who is highly rated for the youth side of the Premier League club is eligible to play for Nigeria, England and Germany.
He was born in England on June, 26 2001 which makes him 17-years-old, he has a Nigerian father and German mother which means he can play for either of the three countries at senior level.
He joined Watford Academy in May 11, 2009, where he has continued to blossom into a professional footballer.

A statement on the official Watford website confirms that Jayden at a very young age already has a good eye for finding the back of the net.
The statement said he is, “An attacking midfielder who can also play as a striker, Bennetts has been with the club since he was an Under-8 and has a keen eye for goal.
“His creativity in-and-around the penalty box is a key attribute of his game.”
According to a report by AllsoccerNigeria, Jayden has been contacted by the to pledge his allegiance Amaju Pinnick led Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).
The report states that he will be called up to the Flying Eagles for the upcoming 2018 WAFU U20 Cup of Nations which will hold in Benin Republic.
Still 17-years-old,he is expected to bring a more potent attacking threat to the team as they prepare for the U-20 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) scheduled to hold in 2019.
Jayden is not the first youngster that the NFF have approached to join the Flying Eagles as they previously convinced Bournemouth midfielder Nnamdi Oforborh to join up with the team.
